Kopjar wines
Vinarija Kopjar is located right on the border of Varaždin and Krapina-Zagorje Counties and commenced production in 2012. Their vineyards cover 4.5 hectares, where grapes are cultivated organically. From this they produce premium, distinct organic wines. In the vineyards they grow white varieties – sauvignon, Rhine riesling, graševina, yellow muscat, chardonnay, green silvaner and manzoni – and among the red varieties there are cabernet sauvignon and pinot noir, which, thanks to optimal soil, favorable climate and the care of the viticulturist, develop to their full potential.
